Joe joined Key Mortgages in 2023, bringing a passion for helping people with their financial journeys. With over 3 years of experience as an accounting clerk and 1 year as a sales coordinator, Joe has developed strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, and customer service - skills that are key in providing tailored mortgage advice to clients.

Originally from the coastal Davao City, Philippines, Joe’s commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond the office, where he often assists family and friends with budgeting and financial planning.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the family farm, exploring the outdoors, and relaxing at the beach with friends. Joe’s dedication to practical financial solutions, combined with his love for nature, brings enthusiasm and balance to his role at Key Mortgages.

From an early age, Jeremy had a passion for saving and finding the best deals. His natural affinity for numbers and problem-solving led him to pursue a degree in business and IT. In 2016, he became a dedicated mortgage specialist, and for the past 3 years, he has served as Director of Key Mortgages, guiding clients through the complexities of mortgage structuring.

Jeremy’s expertise lies in helping clients achieve their financial objectives—whether it’s saving, growing equity, or building long-term wealth and security. He prides himself on offering personalized support not only at the time of purchase but throughout the life of the mortgage, ensuring clients continually meet their financial goals.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has successfully assisted hundreds of clients across New Zealand and internationally, securing finance for first homes, expanding investment portfolios, and facilitating complex transactions such as commercial building projects, business financing, and even vehicle and aircraft purchases.

Born and raised in Whangarei, Jeremy moved to Auckland in his 20s before returning to Northland to take advantage of the region’s lifestyle, housing opportunities, and proximity to family.

He and his wife Vita, along with their daughter Evie and son Teddy, embrace the Northland lifestyle. Outside of work, Jeremy is passionate about sustainability and the environment, and he enjoys mountain biking, running, dancing, and diving—activities he shares with his children.

Judy has over 20-years experience working in the finance industry.. 18 of those were with with ANZ mainly specializing in home loans and more recently supporting one the largest mortgage broking firms in her city.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience which she will be able to assist our clients with their mortgages and finance needs to achieve their dream goals.  

Judy moved to Whangarei Heads with her Kiwi husband back in 2018 after purchasing a lifestyle block a couple of years earlier, and building their own home to be closer to her family.

In her free time, she will be out and about exploring Northland and camping on a beach doing a spot of fishing. Otherwise you will find her working in the garden or hanging out with her animals.

With 17 years of experience in the insurance industry and a deep understanding of accounting and financial planning, she has worked across Auckland, Dunedin, and Northland, gaining valuable expertise in general insurance and financial services.
Tracey’s extensive background allows her to provide tailored advice that helps ease the financial stress many households face.

Her journey back to Northland in 2004 led to a transition into share milking and joint farm ownership, where she gained firsthand experience in managing income streams and balancing debt—a crucial skillset that has shaped her ability to provide practical financial guidance.

Beyond her professional life, Tracey enjoys gardening, fishing, camping, and 4-wheel driving across New Zealand. These hobbies, along with her deep connection to family and the local community, bring balance and fulfillment to her life.
